My year, thus far, at a glance

This year has been filled with so many babies and it's just begun. First Corban and Mary had their first little girl, Emily. Then Kevin and Tiffany had their beautiful baby boy Kai. Then Brianne and Ryan had William

Then Derek and Melinda had their first girl, Kylie.

I can now say that I have been shooting.... twice. I have shot a .22 as well as a hand gun. The first time I went I was actually pretty good at it. I found it pretty hilarious to be holding a gun, I would have to take laughing breaks in between. It was great.

Girls Night

Once a month all of my bf's from high school get together for a 'Girls Night'. It's our way of staying in contact with one another through our hectic lives.

I am an avid country night goer. I go every Monday and Wednesday and if I do happen to miss a day I am distraught for the rest of the week. Not only is it one of the most fun things to do it's also an amazing workout.

Concerts, one of my most favorite things to do...... ever! Here are the concerts I have attended so far this year:

Michelle and I with John from We Shot The Moon

New Found Glory, Nick and I went and saw these guys in Salt Lake.

Kalai, he's an awesome musician and a hilarious person, all around a great performer.

Marissa and I went to the Fall Out Boy concert at Saltair and had so much fun. We also saw Hey Monday, Cobra Starship, Metro Station and All Time Low. It was a great concert.

Metro Station..... what do you say we leave for California, if we drive all night we could make it by the morning....

All Time Low

Fall Out Boy!
My number 1 band.

IWA: Institute Women's Association

I joined this group in January and I absolutely love it. We meet once a week and do activities so it's basically Young Women's for us college girls. I am going to be the 2nd counselor for my IWA chapter next year and I am so excited. I just love the girls I have met so far and look forward to making more friendships.

Happy Birthday to Me. I had the absolute greatest birthday this year. For the day of my birthday, Friday, a group of us went to Maple Grove Hot Springs followed by Village Inn afterward. Then on Saturday I had a big party that my brother Kenny and sister in law Carmen were kind enough to let me have at their home. It was so much fun and I am so great full for all of my family and friends who helped me celebrate!

It's been a crazy year so far. I've learned so many new things and met so many new people. Of all the new stuff I have been learning my favorite would have to be the fact that I finally love who I am.

I run to you.

It's been crazy busy lately. I have moved out and am on my own once again, it feels great. I celebrated my golden birthday and it was one of the best birthdays I've had. My office just moved upstairs today so I've moved three times "techinally" in the past three days.

I'm physically and mentally exhausted yet I continue to keep going. I can't help but do so. I do love to keep busy but I think I'm to the point where I need to slow down or I'm going to become really sick. I'm just a sucker for fun, why pass that up for something like sleep..... :D Yeah I have issues.

But life has been so wonderful, I have had the absolute best past four months ever. I've met so many new and amazing people and it's been so great.

I am happy. I am very happy.

Sure I have a couple down days a week but it's so much better than when it was every single day. I'm so very thankful for my family and friends who have been here for me and helped me along this path back to happiness. I can honestly say that I have the best family members and friends. I feel so bad for those who don't know these wonderful people.

My mom is in town right now as wellA as Corban, Mary, Carson and Emily. I love having them in here and cherish the moments I have to be with them. Yesterday was Kai's baby blessing, it was such a beautiful blessing then I was able to spend the rest of the day with my family, I couldn't ask for more.
